Global Speakers' Circle follows a performance-based progression system designed to reward participation, achievement, leadership and contribution.
Advancement is not determined by time served.
Advancement is determined by measurable performance.
Every member is evaluated using a 100-point Performance Scorecard reviewed every six months.
