Standard GSC Meeting Structure & Role Framework

Applicable Regardless of Attendance

Core Principle

A Global Speakers' Circle meeting is always conducted using the same structure.

The meeting format does not change based on attendance.

The roles do not change based on attendance.

The standards do not change based on attendance.

What changes is only the number of roles a member may perform.

A member may perform one role.

A member may perform two roles.

A member may perform three roles if necessary.

However, every role remains represented within the meeting.

This ensures consistency across all chapters globally.
